2. Services

code43.at is an editorial information portal about places, events, routes and stories in Austria. We do not arrange bookings or sell tickets. Information on dates, prices and opening hours also comes from third parties and may change at short notice; please check important information with the official sources before your visit.

3. User account

You can create an account for favourites, place tracking and notifications, using email and password or Google. Please provide truthful information and keep your credentials secret. The account is personal and not transferable. You can have it deleted at any time.

4. Permitted use

In particular, the following is not permitted:

  • attacks on the website and circumventing security or access restrictions,
  • automated mass extraction of content beyond normal use or search engine indexing,
  • using other people’s accounts or false identities.

5. Content and copyright

Texts, photos and design are protected by copyright; some photos are provided by partners and used with their permission. You may view and link to content for private purposes. Any further use, in particular reproduction or publication, requires our prior consent or that of the rights holders.

6. External links, tickets and advertising

Links to third-party websites, ticket shops or organisers lead to external offers; their providers are solely responsible for their content and terms. Contracts for tickets or services are concluded exclusively with these third parties. Advertising is labelled as such.

7. Liability

Use is free of charge. We are liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. We are not liable for slight negligence where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We cannot guarantee permanent availability of the website.

In the event of serious or repeated violations of these terms we may suspend an account. You can end the relationship at any time by having your account deleted.

9. Changes

We may change these terms with effect for the future, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. We will inform account holders of material changes by email in good time.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers additionally benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence. The place of jurisdiction for businesses is Vienna.
