English Winter Tale – Margret Koell & Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra

A musical winter journey across the British Isles: harpist Margret Koell and the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra combine works by Vaughan Williams, Bantock, Purcell and Holst with traditional melodies and Scottish dances. The centrepieces are Bantock's "Scenes from the Scottish Highlands" and Holst's "St. Paul's Suite".
